Take sufficient quantity of Madhumukthi foot oil to palm and apply to bottom of foot and upper part of foot up to ankle.
Same oil can be applied to palm also.
In case already suffering from foot issues
Use twice a day.
Second time apply in morning after bath and after oil application let it dry for half an hour then wear cotton socks and wear shoes or sandals
As the name suggests use on Nabhi / belly point. Use once a day after dinner while lying in bed as a last activity of the day take Madhu Muthi Nabhi drops and put few drops of Nabhi oil to your belly and close nabhi with your right palm for two minutes and relax and let Nabhi oil do its wonders.
