1. Returns

You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

• Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• Your item must be in the original packaging.
• Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase / order reference number.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return.

We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s or bank’s policies.

3. Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

4. Damaged or Tampered Products

If your order arrives damaged, broken, or tampered with, please refuse the delivery or report it immediately with photographs within 7 days. In such cases, a free replacement or complete refund is provided with zero additional shipping deduction.

5. Money Back Guarantee (3-Month Course)

For customers on our 3-month Ayurvedic courses, if you are not satisfied after completing the prescribed course, you are eligible to claim a refund under our money-back guarantee terms (processed within 21 working days).
