For better results, we suggest taking two teaspoons of Madhumukthi Tea powder add to the milk water mix (60 ml of milk +100 ml of water) and boil to make 120 ml of tea. (allow 40 ml of water to evaporate)
If you want a sweet taste can add natural LoGI sweetener a low glycemic index sugar.
Use as per your taste, but we advise you to use at half quantity of regular sugar and gradually reduce to ¼ quantity to regular sugar. By this you will be adjusting your taste buds so slight sweetness gives you a sweet feel.
